SÃO PAULO, SP (FOLHAPRESS) – Os Estados Unidos criaram o Plano Marshall para reconstruir a Europa capitalista após a Segunda Guerra Mundial (1939-1945) e despejaram o equivalente hoje a cerca de US$ 170 bilhões (R$ 915,3 bi), no valor ajustado pela inflação, em 17 países do continente.
